Ready for closing.

manleyhouseHome insurance info is in, the furnace amendment is squared away, and the bush reimbursement is also arranged. Now we just wait for the official WHEDA response and the day of closing, May 23rd at 3 p.m.
Lists have been made, then made again, been revised and will change again when we actually close. Lists of things to be done and what is needed to do them so we can have the little stuff taken care of and phase one the of the kitchen remodel done before the end of June. Phase one is clear out everything, replace lower cabinets and countertop. The uppers above the cook top will also be in phase one, to cover and mount the range hood. The rest of the uppers and the flooring will be when finances allow. I would really like to do it all at once and have it done, but that might not happen.
