Japanese Cherry (http://www.alloc.com/index.php?t=cat_det&id=10&sub_t=cd_det&sid=20) downstairs, although there might be enough of the Mahogany to do both.
The walls will stay shoji white. The toilet has some interior staining, and might get replaced with a slightly taller seat one when I do the floor. the sink and counter might be replaced sometime with another laminate and drop-in and the base cabinet painted or replaced depending on budget. The wall cabinet will be re-finished and possibily get new doors to look like shoji screens, but with frosted plastic instead of paper.
These will happen later, first I need to finish the tile and the basement bathroom, and pay off more debt.
